I Just Read ‘The UFO Files’

The UFO Files, The Canadian Connection Exposed by Palmiro CampagnaI managed to get a copy of Palmiro Campagna’s ‘The UFO Files, The Canadian Connection Exposed’ (ISBN 0-7737-3015-X) recently from a used book store and I just finished reading it the other day.

I must say that I quite enjoyed it for a number of reasons but especially because I don’t recall reading many UFO books with an emphasis on the Canadian connection. I do have one more Canadian UFO book in my library that my partner recently bought but I haven’t read that one yet.

‘The UFO Files’ was published in 1997 and its mighty hard to find these days but I still found it relevant and interesting to read despite being a few years old. Of course as soon as I publish this post there’ll be oodles of copies available and maybe even another printing…

When ‘The UFO Files’ was published, Palmiro Campagna worked for DND (the Department of National Defence) and he also happens to be the author of the Canadian bestseller, Storms of Controversy: The Secret Avro Arrow Files Revealed.

Some of the things that are covered in ‘The UFO Files’ include: Questions and answers about Ottawa’s secret files about UFOs and contact with extraterrestials. Whether the USAF flying saucers which were based on a Canadian prototype (the Avrocar for one) was used to hide the truth about sightings of alien spacecraft. The Stefan Michalak case in Manitoba. The CIA’s involvement in Canada regarding UFOs and UFO research. And more.

I found the ‘The UFO Files’ to be full of well documented research which made for really facinating reading. If you can find a copy be sure to grab it.
