Prisoners in the UK to Get Implants
I was reading the news last night and found an article at the Independent that sent shivers down my spine…
The Independent reports that a hi-tech ’satellite’ tagging scheme is being planned in order to create more space in jails in the UK.
The British government plans to implant “machine-readable” microchips known as RFID tags aka “spychips”, under the skin of thousands of offenders.
Personally I think this a very dangerous road to go down. I for one am against tagging humans with microchips of any kind.

Note: About my filing this under ‘Conspiracy Theories’… On my site ‘Conspiracy Theories’ is meant to be a positive connotation. As in, here’s a conspiracy theory that I think is a good theory. Or in this post’s instance, government mandated implants are a conspiracy and should be outlawed (implants that is).
