I’m not a Catholic, but I always find it interesting to hear their take on Aliens, UFOs and about their research into these questions.

On a related note, I can’t remember off hand which of Zecharia Sitchin’s books I read it in, (my books are packed up right now so I can’t check) but Sitchin had an interview and discussion with a high level Vatican official on just this subject.
